The Role

As our Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of ouradministrative operations. You will ensure our office environment remains qualified, organised, and welcoming, while coordinating critical workflowsincluding travel arrangements, site access compliance, training matrices, and procurement support.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintaina clean, professional, and well-stocked office environment; greetvisitors, answer phone calls/emails, and manage incoming and outgoingmail.
- Managepre-employment medicals, PPE allocations, contractor portal uploads, andsite-specific inductions to ensure staff meet all compliance requirementsbefore entering client sites.
- Maintainup-to-date employee training records, track course refreshers, and ensureclient management portals are accurate.
- Obtainquotes, issue purchase orders (MYOB),



manage the Purchase Order Register,and ensure project deliverables arrive on time.
- Managetravel arrangements (flights, accommodation, hire vehicles) and plancompany meetings and events.
- Trackcompany vehicle allocations, complete FBT report logbook updates, andassist with bi-annual Labour Hire reporting.
- Assistmanagement with calendar scheduling, document formatting, filing, andbasic financial administration.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience:2+ years of experience in an office administration or related role. Basicunderstanding of bookkeeping or financial processes (e.g., MYOB) isdesirable.
- Highproficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Exceptionalability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Excellentprecision when handling compliance documents, project records, and reports.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with a friendly, customer-focusedapproach.
- Abilityto work independently with minimal supervision while collaboratingeffectively within a team.
