As our Queensland business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Remediation Supervisor to join the team.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a civil construction site.
You'll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors and plant, work closely with Project Managers and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to program. While remediation experience is highly regarded, we're ultimately looking for someone with strong civil construction experience and the ability to lead from the front.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise day-to-day operations across remediation and civil construction projects.
- Lead site crews, subcontractors and operators to achieve project outcomes.
- Coordinate plant, equipment and resources to maximise productivity.
- Plan daily works and monitor project progress against program.
- Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with project specifications.
- Maintain high standards of quality, environmental and HSEQ compliance.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, consultants and site teams.
- Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects moving.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Demonstrated experience supervising civil construction projects.
- Solid background in earthworks, bulk excavation, land development or infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple crews, subcontractors and plant.
- Ability to read plans and manage site activities.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly Regarded
- Remediation or contaminated land experience.
- Asbestos project experience.
- Relevant civil construction qualifications or tickets.
