Velocity Truck Centres is seeking a proven operational leader to step into a key leadership role asBranch Managerat ourbrand-new Burpengarydealership, situated in theMoreton Bay region.

Leading an established team, with further growth planned, this role offers the opportunity to shape day-to-day operations, build team capability and set the standard from the ground up at abrand-newdealership.

You’llsuit this role if you are a hands-on leader who can balance operational discipline with people leadership, build accountability across teams, and create a safe, customer-focused environment while helping grow and establish a high-performing new site.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive performance improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, throughput,efficiencyand profitability.
- Champion asafety‑firstculture, ensuring compliance with all safety, HSE and regulatory requirements.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers, OEM partners,suppliersand internal stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance, with clear accountability for cost control and margin improvement.
- Develop,coachand empower leaders and team members to drive capability uplift,engagementand retention.
- Ensure operational disciplines, systems and processes are consistently applied and continuously improved.

What You'll Bring

- Proven leadership experience within service, parts or sales operations, ideally in the automotive, heavy vehicle or equipmentsectors.
- Strong experience managing a P&L;, witha track recordof improving profitability through disciplined execution.
- Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into practical action.




- A genuine commitment to safety, compliance and building a strong safety culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a highlycustomer-focusedapproach.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams,sitesand functions in a matrix organisation.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, dealer managementsystemsand CRM platforms.
