We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Working alongside our specialist clinical team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care to both elective and trauma patients in a fast-paced private practice environment, as well as assisting in theatres.

About the Role
You will work closely with our clinical team, running busy outpatient clinics in parallel with our consultant orthopaedic surgeon as well as providing independent wound and post-operative care, both in person and via telehealth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running parallel outpatient clinics for elective and trauma patients
- Inpatient follow up and assessment of patients on the ward post op
- Post-operative wound assessment and management
- Patient education and pre and post-operative follow-up both in person and via telehelath
- Clinical documentation and coordination of patient care
- Working collaboratively with our administrative and clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Surgical assisting in theatres
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a current AHPRA Nurse Practitioner
- Has previous orthopaedic experience (highly desirable)
- Is confident working independently and making sound clinical decisions
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment
- Has exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Is compassionate, skilled and patient-focused
- Works well within a close-knit multidisciplinary team
- Is adaptable, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their role
