About the Role
- Managing a residential property portfolio from start to finish.
- Assisting with routine, entry and exit inspections.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with owners, tenants and trades.
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and lease documentation.
- Responding promptly to owner and tenant enquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation.
- Maintaining accurate records using PropertyMe.
About You
- Has 2-3yrs Property Management experience.
- Holds a current Queensland Certificate of Registration.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Is organised and able to prioritise competing tasks.
- Can work independently while also being a valuable team member.
- Presents professionally and provides outstanding customer service.
- Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
