Assistant/ Relief Educator Required forFamily-owned Kindy in Nerang.

We are seekinga passionateAssistant Educator, for our growing, small, family owned and run Kindy in Nerang.

Be part of an amazing team that supports and helps one another in the childcare industry-creating amazing learning spaces for our young children.

The position is available for a Casual educator staring in August, taking on transition days in the rooms before taking on more days in our expanding classes .

We are looking for an assistant educator who can build and sustain strong relationships with children, parents, and the local community, as well as someone who is adaptable and able to work in various age groups , as a relief support staff member.

Youmust be able to support all lead educators in our team, be flexible and consider yourself an “all-rounder”.





Youmust be able to provide a creative environment that engages children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.

As our Assistant Educator, we are looking for the following:

- Hold a valid cert 3 certificate/diploma in childcare (will also accept- working towards/ obtaining the following).
- Have a good understanding of the National Quality Standard and National Regulations.
- Demonstrate an ability to work in partnerships with families.
- Demonstrate a skilled level of written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must possess the following/be willing to obtain:

- Current Senior First Aid certificate which includes CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma.
- Blue card (Must be a valid P)
- Child protection certificate
- Have a true passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
