Our client is a respected residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes and communities across Southeast Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple House & Land projects across Southeast Queensland.
This is a unique client-side role where you'll work closely with the developer and build partner to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of multiple House & Land projects from site commencement through to handover.
- Coordinate construction programmes and monitor project milestones.
- Review drawings, variations, specifications, and customer selections.
- Conduct site inspections and manage quality assurance and defect resolution.
- Build strong relationships with builders, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor programme performance, identify project risks, and provide practical solutions.
- Support continuous improvement across construction processes and product development.
About You
You’ll have experience delivering residential construction or volume housing projects and enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders across a busy build programme.
Ideally you'll bring:
- Experience in residential construction with a volume home builder
- Strong understanding of the residential build process from site start to handover.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience managing build quality, defects, and contractor performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
