About the Role

As our Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you'll oversee the entire delivery process—from vehicle arrival through to customer handover.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, Registration, Logistics and Pre-Delivery teams, you'll ensure every vehicle is prepared to the highest standard, delivered on time and exceeds customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Guide customers through the delivery journey with regular communication and updates.
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle handovers.
- Confirm appointments and ensure every delivery runs smoothly.
- Welcome customers and create a premium delivery experience.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, EV charging, safety systems, infotainment and mobile app setup.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Coordinate Vehicle Deliveries

- Manage the delivery process for current and demonstrator vehicles.
- Coordinate registrations, pre-delivery inspections, detailing and accessory installations.
- Monitor vehicle arrivals and delivery deadlines.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure every vehicle is ready on time.
- Coordinate vehicle transfers between dealership locations when required.




- Manage daily delivery schedules efficiently.

Quality Assurance

Before any vehicle leaves the dealership, you'll complete a final quality inspection to ensure:

- Vehicle presentation meets premium showroom standards.
- Battery is fully charged to dealership standards.
- Accessories and options are correctly fitted.
- Software updates have been completed.
- Registration plates are installed.
- Two keys, owner's manuals and delivery packs are included.
- Charging equipment and accessories are present.
- No warning lights or outstanding defects remain.

No vehicle is released without your final quality approval.

Registration & Compliance

- Coordinate vehicle registrations and transfers.
- Prepare registration documentation accurately and on time.
- Verify customer identification and supporting documentation.
- Confirm finance settlements before vehicle release.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and government requirements.
- Maintain accurate registration records with zero compliance errors.

Administration

- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Complete manufacturer reporting.
- Process invoices and settlements where required.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records and filing systems.

Work closely with:

- Business Managers
- Finance Team
- Service & Workshop
- Parts Department
- Pre-Delivery & Detailing Team
- Registration Department
- Logistics Providers

You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every department works together to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About You





You'll be highly organised, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll also have:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional presentation and positive attitude.
- A current Australian Driver Licence.

Automotive dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have experience in customer service, administration, logistics or operations coordination, we'd encourage you to apply.
