Your new role awaits…

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance team. Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable General Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vendors are paid within terms and other general accounts payable administrative tasks as required.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Monitoring the Accounts Payable email inbox
- Efficiently handle and resolve queries from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction
- Manually code invoices according to the General Ledger and Delegation of Duty
- Ensure all invoices are approved promptly
- Accurately enter data into Navision
- Twice monthly end-to-end payment runs
- Month-end procedures including journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ad-hoc duties as required within the wider Finance team

This role is based at our Store Support Centre in Eagle Farm, Brisbane.



Applicants must either live in Brisbane or be willing to relocate for the role.

This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months to cover parental leave.
