We're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to play a key role in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfilment
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational KPIs
- Help establish operational standards, workflows, and best practices within the new facility
- Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and service performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Support warehouse automation systems and optimise WMS processes




- Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Work closely with senior leadership to support the successful transition and ongoing growth of the site

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys improving operations, implementing best practice, and helping establish a high-performing team.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor within a warehouse or 3PL environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and warehouse automation technologies
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and fulfilment
- Demonstrated success driving productivity, achieving KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift (LF) Licence essential
