This role suits someone who loves flowers, enjoys interacting with customers, and can work confidently in a boutique, fast-paced workplace.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers with warms and professionalism
- Processing sales, enquiries and orders
- Supporting the florist team with simple floral tasks (conditioning flowers, wrapping, tidying)
- Ensuring the shop is beautifully presented at all times
- General cleaning, restocking and organisation
- Weekend availability required
What we're looking for:

- Passion for flowers and creativity
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Reliable, punctual and proactive
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (min 1 year floral experience is essential)
