About the Role

As a Lawn & Garden Maintenance Team Member, you’ll play an important part in supporting GroundUp’s continued growth across Southeast Queensland. We currently maintain over +300 regular properties and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us and contribute to the high standards we’re known for.

In this hands on role, you’ll help keep our clients’ outdoor spaces clean, tidy and professionally presented across residential and commercial sites.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Mowing, edging and brushcutting
- Hedge trimming, pruning and garden tidy‑ups
- Keeping outdoor areas neat, safe and presentable
- Safe operation and basic maintenance of equipment
- Adhering to workplace health and safety standards
- Following daily schedules and completing jobs on time

- Genuine interest in lawn and garden care
- Experience in mowing, brushcutting or outdoor maintenance (preferred, not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Bluecard (or willingness to obtain)
- Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we value people who show up, work hard and take pride in their work.
