We are currently seeking a Diploma-trained Educator to join our(0–2 years) on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who has a passion for caring for babies and toddlers and enjoys building solid, meaningful relationships with children and families.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with educators to provide a high-quality learning workplace that supports children's individual development, interests and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating a safe, secure and nurturing environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging.
- Building warm, respectful and trusting relationships with children and their families.
- Planning, implementing and evaluating play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Supporting children's developmental milestones through intentional teaching and child-led learning.
- Engaging in observations, documentation and reflections to support each child's learning journey.
- Working collaboratively with a passionate team of educators to provide the highest quality care.
- Supporting children's daily routines including meals, rest times, hygiene and transitions.
- Encouraging children's curiosity,



creativity and confidence through meaningful play experiences.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Previous experience working with babies and toddlers (0–2 years) preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards (NQS) and child development.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's growth and development.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with children, families and team members.
- Experience with programming, observations and reflective practice.
