POSITION: RETAIL STORE MANAGER EMPLOYMENT TYPE – FULL-TIME Position – Minimum 38 Hours a Week Store Location: 60 MAYNE ST MURRURUNDI 2338 NSW Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 + Superannuation per Annum Our client Rab Rakha Pty Ltd (Foodworks Murrurundi) in regional NSW is looking for a permanent retail store manager for a long-term position. The store manager position is essential for the business and someone who can manage the day-to‑day operations of the store.

Responsibility: Responsible for managing the full customer experience by analysing customer needs, promoting product knowledge, and resolving complaints promptly, while building strong relationships with the local community. Maintains accurate sales and financial records, monitors budgets, conversion, profitability and loss, plans in‑store promotional events, and ensures compliance with health, hygiene and workplace safety regulations. Key Duties:

- Manage store operations across all the divisions and ensure retail operations are executed efficiently.
- Oversee all daily operations including purchasing, stock management and store flow to maintain business efficiency and a high standard.
- Use data to analyse the needs of customers, ensure customers are provided with excellent service, demonstrate an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.




- Build robust relationships with the local community to bring value into the business.
- Promote and explain the products to customers in relation to their usage, dietary and nutritional values.
- Recruit, interview, train and supervise new staff ensuring every team member is set up for store success objectives, improve service conversion and sales.
- Plan and manage rosters around peak trading periods, events, and seasonal demand while staying within staffing budgets.
- Keep accurate records of sales, POS transactions, financial data and reconcile sales as per company policies.
- Ensure budgets and financial objectives are communicated with staff and are met.
- Monitor conversion, sales, profitability, loss and advise the business owner accordingly.
- Set pricing strategy, liaising with suppliers, monitor stock levels and ensure products lifecycle and returns of damaged goods.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
- Ensure all applicable health and hygiene and workplace safety regulations are adhered to.

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum comparable Diploma AQF Level
- Minimum 1 year of highly relevant experience in retail store settings as a manager.
