Macsim Fastenings is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Berrinba, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers. Reporting to the National Sales Manager the sales representative will manage the northern sales territory within Queensland. The sales territory includes a combination of metropolitan and regional locations including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing current business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Providing outstanding customer service and support to our existing client base
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to showcase our product range
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience as a sales representative or consultant, preferably within the sales industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
