Position: Casual Receptionist
Location: Collective Health Co Mons Road, Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast, QLD
Hours: 15-20 hours per week with flexibility to cover holidays and sick days (availability 5 days per week is preferred)
Salary: $34/hour

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using our clinic management system.
- Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing information or directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage patient check-in/check‑out processes and maintain accurate records.




- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the clinical team with client-related tasks when required.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an allied health receptionist is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with clinic management software.
