We are a premier, growing inspection firm seeking a dedicated and thorough Licenced Building and Pest Inspector to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive pre-purchase and pre-sale property inspections. You will ensure our clients receive explicit, accurate and highly reliable reports to make informed real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Inspections: Perform physical building and timber pest inspections, covering subfloors, roof cavities internal/external areas
- Identify Defects: Detect structural issues, safety hazards, and active or past timber pest activity.
- Generate Reports: Write and deliver detailed, professional, and compliant digital inspection reports according to Australian Standards (AS 4349.1, AS 4349.3 and AS3660)
- Client Consultation: Communicate inspection finders to buyers, agents, and home-owners via phone and face to face interactions.
