We’re now seeking a highly capable Event Production Assistant to join our growing team. This is a pivotal, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment and enjoys being the connective tissue between clients, production, and operations.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, a trusted support to our production team, and an essential part of delivering events to the highest standard.

This is not a passive admin role. It’s a front‑of-house meets production coordination position where initiative, judgement, and attention to detail really matter.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Front‑of‑House

- Answering and managing incoming phone calls with confidence and warmth
- Meeting and greeting clients, suppliers, and visitors
- Responding to enquiries about our products and services
- Communicating client expectations clearly to internal operations teams

Production & Administration

- Preparing quotations and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Supporting hire coordination and event logistics




- Ensuring all products and presentations meet Staging Dimensions’ high standards
- Maintaining the showroom and shared office spaces
- Providing general and ad‑hoc administrative support as required

Marketing & Brand

- Assisting with the management of company Facebook and Instagram accounts

On‑the‑Ground Support

- Assisting with event preparation and pack‑down where required
- Safely lifting and moving equipment (up to 20kg)

About You

You’re polished, proactive, and calm under pressure. You enjoy being busy, juggling priorities, and taking pride in doing things properly.

You’ll bring:

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration (essential)
- Experience in events, entertainment, or hire industries (highly regarded)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable using social media in a business context
- Current Australian driver’s licence and own transport
- Legal right to work in Australia
