Due to continued expansion, we're seeking a Trades Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team in Acacia Ridge.

Monday - Thursday: 2:30pm - 11pm

Friday: 1:30pm - 10pm

8-hour shifts, with overtime available.

The Role

As a Trades Assistant, you will support maintenance and site operations, working closely with our trades team to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with maintenance, repairs, and site activities

Follow and promote safe work practices

Identify and report maintenance issues proactively





Contribute to work instructions and risk assessments

Complete required documentation accurately

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate effectively with team members

About You

You are reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and pride in your work.

To be successful, you will have:

Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience

Working at Heights Training

Current Driver’s Licence

White/Blue Card

Basic computer skills

Highly regarded:

Use of basic tools knowledge
