We are looking for an experienced senior hardware design engineer. Ideal candidate will have an open mind to accept new challenges. The candidate must have the right attitude to work in a small team.

You will play a key role in the full product lifecycle — from concept and hardware design through to testing, system integration, and production support.
Qualifications & Experience
Job experience minimum of 5+ years in electronics design (experience in RF/Analogue design would be highly regarded)
Experienced user of RF Network & Spectrum Analyzer etc.
Experience in preparing technical design documentation across a product's full lifecycle is essential.
Ability to manage project priorities and communicate effectively.
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Have knowledge of the unique challenges associated with RF environments/interference.
Have an understanding of the R&D; project process (PLM).
It would also be an advantage to have:
Knowledge of EMC testing and requirements.
Knowledge of RFID 13.56MHz
Tasks & Responsibilities
Design and develop electronic hardware, including schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout (Altium Designer)
Lead new electronics design initiatives, including enhancement of existing RFID products (13.56 MHz)
Design and develop antennas for new and existing products and projects
Perform board bring-up, hardware validation, and debugging
Take ownership of RF performance, including testing, tuning, and optimisation in real-world environments
Manage production test development and EMC compliance activities
Prototype and evaluate new designs and concepts
Produce technical documentation such as schematics, BOMs, and test procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and RF-related issues across the product lifecycle
Contribute to system architecture and overall product design decisions
Collaborate with software teams to support system integration and ensure hardware compatibility
Liaise with international teams, including software development (India) and support teams (Macau and Las Vegas)
Work closely with product management and contract manufacturers to support development and production
Support manufacturing, testing, and ongoing product improvement initiatives
Work within a multidisciplinary team including electronics, mechanical, test, and production engineers
