Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens is seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and guest-focused Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic Front Office team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager and working closely with the Front Office Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel. This position provides operational leadership, supports guest experience delivery, assists with financial and administrative processes, and helps develop and mentor team members.
This newly created role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and enjoys being the central point of contact for guests, team members, and other departments. No two days are the same. One moment you may be assisting guests at reception, the next coordinating VIP arrivals, supporting reservations, reconciling accounts, or assisting another department to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
As a key escalation point for guest concerns and service recovery situations, you will bring empathy, professionalism, sound judgement, and a solutions-focused approach to every interaction. We are looking for someone who leads from the front, remains calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys creating positive guest experiences.
This role works closely alongside our Front Office Reservations Supervisor and includes cross-training in reservations and group bookings. Both positions are designed to provide operational coverage for one another, making a strong understanding of the guest journey and reservations process highly valuable.
You will receive training across all aspects of Front Office operations and may occasionally assist with Night Audit shifts when required.
