About our Client:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a busy People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in end-to-end recruitment who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple vacancies, and delivering a professional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of positions.

Prepare and post job advertisements.

Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate interviews and assist with interview panels.

Conduct reference checks and organise pre-employment screening.

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide advice and support.

Maintain accurate recruitment records within the HR system.

Prepare recruitment reports and monitor recruitment activity.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects.

Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.

About you:

At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, or relevant qualifications with recruitment experience.





Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices.

Experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

A collaborative approach and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Diploma in Human Resources or a related qualification.

Experience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Equal Employment Prospect and Anti-Discrimination principles.

Experience working in a large or complex organisation.
