The Opportunity
This is an initial 6-month contract with the intention of permanent conversion based on individual performance. You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in supporting Medical Engineers by ensuring critical medical device parts and equipment are available when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monday to Friday, full time on-site in St Leonards.
- Order spare parts from local distribution centres and global manufacturers.
- Receive, transfer, and ship medical device parts and equipment.
- Monitor backorders and communicate delivery updates to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Coordinate equipment calibration schedules and maintain the calibration register.
- Complete general administrative tasks to support the Technical Services team.
About You:
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
