Epic IT is hiring a Level 2 Service Technician in Australia to join a agile MSP team. You will visit client sites, triage tickets, resolve end-user issues, and escalate where needed while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in MSP/IT support, Office 365/Azure and Windows Server experience, onsite work, and a valid AU driving licence. The role supports cross-state clients with remote tools and ongoing learning opportunities.
