including hybrid arrangementsDiscounts on everyday products and servicesDiscounted healthcare memberships - access to network of fitness centres and pools for employees and familiesFree access to independent counselling support for employees and familiesHealth & Wellbeing programmesReward & Recognition programmesReferral bonusesCareer and professional development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities includeCoordinate payroll compliance activities across the pay cycle, ensuring adherence to legislative and organisational requirementsPrepare and maintain payroll reports, reconciliations, compliance calendars and supporting documentationAdminister Workers Compensation claims, insurer reporting and compliance-related activitiesSupport payroll audits, compliance reviews and statutory reporting obligations, including Superannuation, STP, ETP and FBT requirementsAssist with payroll journals, invoicing, statutory payments and month-end processingIdentify and support process improvements, system enhancements and maintenance of payroll proceduresCore Compliance activitiesCoordinate payroll compliance activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll obligationsAdminister portable long service leave, child support deductions, garnishees, salary packaging arrangements and PAYG reportingManage Worker’s Compensation claims administration, EML reviews and related reconciliationsUpdate pay runs, submit STP files to the ATO, generate payroll reporting and support general ledger posting activitiesPrepare and reconcile superannuation, leave liabilities,



payroll journals and other payroll-related financial transactionsProcess payroll-related invoices, administer non-staff superannuation and support month-end payroll compliance, reporting and reconciliationsMaintain employee reporting, compliance records and payroll documentation while identifying opportunities for process improvementAbout youCommitment to engaging with and supporting HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation, and Mission in ActionA minimum of 5 year’s demonstrated experience in a payroll positionSound knowledge of workplace legislation and experience managing complex payroll and employment-related issuesStrong administrative and computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with payroll and time and attendance systems, preferably iChris and KronosExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence, support, and advise leadersHigh attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and fairnessAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentDemonstrated empathy, patience, and a customer-focused approachTo ApplyIf you are ready to make a difference with HammondCare, Apply Now!
