ELEMENTS HEAD OFFICE PTY LTD are in search of a talented and passionate Senior Restaurant Manager (Operation and Management) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership across all restaurant operations, overseeing day-to-day business performance while implementing operational strategies that drive profitability, service excellence, and sustainable business growth. Lead and manage multiple operational functions including front-of-house, back-of-house, customer service, and administration to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences and compliance with established quality standards. Collaborate with Executive Chefs and senior management to develop seasonal menus, pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and operational plans that strengthen market competitiveness and maximise commercial outcomes.

Analyse financial and operational performance by preparing and reviewing budgets, sales reports, labour costs, inventory levels, and profit and loss results, implementing effective cost control measures and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, standard operating procedures, and service standards to enhance efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Lead workforce planning and oversee recruitment, staff training,



leadership development, performance management, and succession planning to build a high-performing management team and maintain operational continuity.

Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, liquor licensing requirements, workplace health and safety obligations, employment legislation, and company policies while promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence. Manage procurement, supplier relationships, inventory control, and stock management strategies by negotiating with key suppliers, maintaining quality standards, minimising wastage, and ensuring uninterrupted business operations. Lead the planning and execution of premium dining experiences, corporate events, private functions, and high-volume service periods while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation, service enhancement, and continuous improvement across restaurant operations.

Requirements: Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) At least 3 years of relevant senior management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service operations,



with responsibility for strategic planning, financial oversight, and organisational leadership. Demonstrated track record in developing and executing long-term operational and commercial strategies, driving revenue growth, business expansion, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver sustainable financial performance and strengthen organisational competitiveness.

Exceptional leadership, executive decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities, with extensive experience leading senior management teams, developing organisational capability, overseeing multi-department operations, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with strategic business objectives. Comprehensive knowledge of Australian food safety legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, liquor licensing regulations, industrial relations, employment legislation, and corporate governance principles, with proven experience ensuring organisation-wide compliance, risk management, and operational integrity.
