Located in the heart of Sandgate, The Sands clubs are where the locals meet to dine, socialise and enjoy entertainment. We offer 2 venues next door to each other – The Sands Social and The Sands Bowlo – that operate as one precinct.

Our next Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting our venue, driving engagement, and showcasing everything The Sands has to offer. If you're passionate about marketing, enjoy bringing ideas to life, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is permanent part time, and perfect for someone who is either studying or looking for a job to fit within school hours. For the right candidate, we are flexible with the days and hours rostered.

Your responsibilities will include:

Create engaging content across social media, digital and print platforms.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, events and member communications.

Promote the Club's dining, entertainment, gaming, functions and community initiatives.

Maintain the Club's website, digital signage and marketing collateral.

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and visitation.

Build solid relationships with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.

Ensure all marketing activities reflect the Club's brand and comply with relevant legislation.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience in a marketing, communications or similar role, preferably within hospitality, events or community organisations.

A passion for creating engaging content and promoting exceptional customer experiences.

Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Experience managing social media, digital marketing and content creation.

A creative, proactive and hands-on approach,



with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
