Cameron's Nursery is a family-owned, multi-award-winning, wholesale production nursery based in Arcadia, NSW. We supply the retail sector, landscaping, and commercial projects. We have an exciting opening for Horticulturalist/Growers to join our team.

We have part-time and full-time positions available.

We take pride in investing in our personnel, equipment, and infrastructure, emphasising a strong dedication to sustainable practices. You will work within our modern production facilities, operating under NIASA, EcoHort and Biosecure HACCP industry accreditation and industry best practices.

The Role

This hands-on role works across the production and dispatch departments. The position requires strong practical knowledge of plant maintenance, including potting, watering, pest and disease monitoring, stock control, picking and packing of customer orders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work in a fast-paced setting

Experience or Relevant Qualifications

- Minimum Horticultural Certificate III or suitable industry experience
- Chemcert certificate
- Plant knowledge and experience with nursery machinery
- Own vehicle and driver's licence
