Clinical Facilitator (Registered Nurse/Educator)

Do you love nursing education as much as nursing itself? First Choice Care is on the hunt for experienced Registered Nurses ready to step into a Clinical Facilitator role, guiding and supporting nursing students through their clinical placements. With demand at an all-time high, we're recruiting facilitators across Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast to join our growing team.

About you

- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess, guide and support students
- Strong written skills for completing student assessments and evaluations
- Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, teaching or training (desirable)
