As a Support Property Manager with Belle Property Hunter Region, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily management of a small well maintained portfolio together with a Senior Manager located in our East Maitland office . Your energy, drive and passion will ensure that you excel and continue to grow in this expanding role with further growth opportunities available.

What you’ll be doing

- Working in a POD managing and maintaining a small portfolio of residential properties
- Gaining hands on training and support helping you expand your knowledge base
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to attend to any property-related issues
- Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained
- Handling tenant applications, lease agreements, and rent collection
- Addressing tenant enquiries and resolving any disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, including the supervision of contractors
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

- Experience working in the property management space
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proficient in using property management software and technologies
