About the role

This is a key customer-facing role managing important accounts across QLD. You will protect and grow existing relationships, resolve issues quickly and work with internal teams to deliver practical, commercially sound customer outcomes.

Duties

- Manage and grow key commercial customer accounts
- Resolve service, supply and site issues quickly
- Build relationships with contractors and site stakeholders
- Identify product, equipment and solution-led growth opportunities
- Protect retention, margin and customer satisfaction

Skills and experience





- Key account or B2B account management experience
- Strong customer care, follow-up and problem-solving ability
- Experience managing complex or multi-site accounts
- Commercially aware with strong margin and service discipline
- Background in distribution, equipment, FM, trade or services preferred
