We're looking for an experienced Inventory Supervisor who enjoys taking ownership of inventory accuracy and maintaining a well-organised warehouse.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys improving systems and processes.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for ensuring our inventory is accurate, reliable and available when needed by:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using our ERP system
- Receiving and checking inbound stock
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Conducting regular cycle counts and assisting with stocktakes
- Monitoring inventory levels and supporting replenishment
- Maintaining organised warehouse storage locations
- Ensuring product quality and correct stock identification
- Preparing inventory reports and analysing stock performance
- Identifying practical improvements to inventory processes
What We're Looking For
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or stock management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using ERP or inventory management software
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities
- A commitment to workplace safety
Highly Regarded
- Experience in the steel, construction or building materials industry
- Experience conducting cycle counts and warehouse stocktakes
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory best practices
