As an Electrician at AKD, you'll play a vital role in supporting our production team and ensuring the reliability of our manufacturing equipment. Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you'll bring your technical expertise to a rapid‑paced, hands‑on environment where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

Experience with Allen Bradley / Rockwell PLC systems and Control Logix is highly regarded, and you'll have the opportunity to build on these skills as part of a supportive team. This role also offers an attractive hourly rate with opportunities for overtime.

What you'll be doing

- Leading with an unwavering commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
- Carrying out preventative electrical maintenance to keep our plant running smoothly
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults with accuracy and efficiency
- Investigating, eliminating,



and documenting VSD‑related issues
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant standards and regulations
- Planning, organising, and prioritising tasks to support production needs
