For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Café Manager to run our on-site café at Tamworth Community Aged Care. The role is Monday to Friday with flexible schedule for the right candidate and an hourly rate of $35.19.

You will lead a small team, develop seasonal menus, and create a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, staff and visitors. The café serves as the hub of the residence, and you will train staff, boost loyalty, and collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional
