About the role
As a Window Fabricator at CHGA Windows & Doors, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of high-quality windows for residential and commercial projects. This full-time position is based in our Caloundra, Queensland facility, where you will be an integral part of our skilled manufacturing team.
What you'll be doing
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling window frames and components to precise specifications
- Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure the final product meets rigorous standards
- Collaborating with the wider team to maintain efficient and organised production workflows
- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar window fabrication or manufacturing role
- Previous experience with Vantage and Elevate products
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy
- Positive hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with CNC (not essential) and the use of punches,
power tools and other fabrication equipment
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to working as part of a team
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
