The Role:

Working Monday to Friday, you will be an integral part of a busy and successful property management team, assisting with the full leasing process while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Managing online advertising across major platforms
- Handling high volumes of email and phone enquiries
- Processing and vetting rental applications
- General administration and database management
- Providing daily support to a team of experienced Property Managers

The Ideal Candidate:

- Previous real estate experience preferred, ideally within leasing (exceptional entry-level candidates with the right attitude will be considered)
- Certificate of Registration (COR) required
- Strong communication skills and a professional presentation
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Driven, proactive, and eager to build a long‑term career in real estate
