We're the marketing team for small-to-medium businesses across Australia. Small business owners have taken a risk and bet on themselves to build something valuable, and we're here to help that bet pay off. We started in early 2026, we're growing rapidly, and we're building the team that will keep us accelerating.
Small businesses have historically been priced out of proper strategy, strong creative, and consistent execution. We're closing that gap so a local business gets the same calibre of marketing that used to belong to the company with the deepest pockets.
We're a startup with serious growth ahead of us, and we're doing it in service of people we genuinely admire. If the idea of helping small business owners win, while building something from the ground up feels exciting, keep reading.

About the Role
This is a high impact, high autonomy role where you’ll apply your marketing experience to help small businesses thrive.
You'll be supporting a large portfolio of small business clients across organic social media, digital advertising, and content shoots. The marketers who thrive here are the ones who love collaborating with clients,
developing strategies based on data, and working with designers to execute.
This is a critical role for SA, as it shifts us from being founder-led to a marketing team. A big responsibility for this role is to help us navigate that transition, both in the way we market ourselves and how we operate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the organic social media presence for your portfolio of clients, from strategy through to what gets posted.
- Create content and work with our design studio to turn raw assets into finished posts.
- Schedule, publish and monitor content across client accounts.
- Build and run Meta ad campaigns matched to each client's goals, whether that’s bookings, sales or awareness.
- Optimise campaigns: test creative, watch performance, move budget to what's working.
- Report back to clients in plain English, with insight rather than just numbers.
- Run on-site content shoots for some clients each month. You don't need to be a skilled photographer, but you'll need to be comfortable in front of a business owner with a camera in your hand.
What We're Looking For
Foundational:
- Strong hands-on experience in organic social media and/or Meta advertising.
- Genuine craft. You care about what you put out.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload without letting quality slip.
- Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your day-to-day.
Where you might stretch:
- Content capture and direction on a shoot.
- Working with a dedicated design team.
- Running both organic and paid (if you've only done one so far).
What makes you the right fit:
- You're excited to join a startup with high growth potential, and a front-row seat as it scales.
- You want to be part of a purpose-driven business that genuinely helps small business owners.
- You're driven and over-index on impact. You want to be part of building something.
- You operate with agency and thrive in high-trust environments.
- You admire small business owners. They're who we're here for.
