Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 a year As QLD’s largest Ford supplier Q Automotive Group has access to a larger selection of stock and are also proud to provide Ford fleet options to some of QLD’s largest fleets. Their other vehicle brands include Suzuki, MG, Toyota, Isuzu UTE and Mercedes-Benz.

The Dealerships: Q Ford-Springwood QLD, Q Suzuki-Springwood/Beenleigh QLD (Service Only), Bremer Ford-Ipswich QLD, Bremer Suzuki-Ipswich QLD, Moreton Bay Ford-Capalaba QLD, Moreton Bay Suzuki-Capalaba QLD, Emerald Ford-Emerald QLD, Springwood MG-Springwood QLD, Lismore MG-Lismore NSW, Emerald Isuzu UTE-Emerald QLD, Carmichael Ford-Townsville QLD, Mercedes-Benz Townsville-Townsville and Q Ford – Mansfield. Q Automotive Group is currently looking for hard working and dedicated Retail Manager to join their teams.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Support the Branch Manager in regard to stock level, budgeting, staff selection and training, and service standards Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies for our cars





Promoting cars and services to customers and advising them on usage Provide leadership and guidance for all retail staff Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

Develop solid relationships with the customer base and build general retail trade Managing and resolving customer queries and complaints Continuously build and keep updated on knowledge of our cars and services

Achieve a standard of excellence in our work processes and outcomes, ensuring adherence to company policies Promote, implement and comply with health and safety procedures

Skills and Experience:

Two years of relevant experience Relevant qualification Outstanding customer service and sales support

Ability to lead a team with effective communication and management skills Highly self-motivated individual with an excellent work ethic Time management skills with the ability to multi-task

Determination, passion, and drive for results An excellent telephone manner, with well-developed verbal and written communication skills and highly developed attention to detail
