The opportunity
You’llprovide operational support across Warrigal’s Finance team, contributing to a range of activities that helpmaintainaccurate, reliable, and efficient financial operations.
This varied role will see you support key finance processes, including financial reconciliations, reporting, accounts payable, debtor management,
and month-end activities. Working with large volumes of financial information and within important deadlines,you’llhelp ensure the business hastimelyandaccuratedata to support effective decision‑making.
As a key contact for internal teams and external stakeholders,you’llplayan important rolein supporting strong financial processes and contributing to the overall success of Warrigal.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work
- Experience in a finance-related role
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including strong Excel skills
- Experience using ERP/accounting systems
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in aged care, with knowledge of relevant Aged Care and Retirement Village legislation
- Experience using the Epicor ERP system
