About the Role

Duties

- Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
- Communicate clear solutions and service updates to customers
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation




- Uphold quality and safety standards on every job

Skills & Experience

- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)
- Proven residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current driver’s licence
