We are seeking a skilled and commercially minded Systems Analystto support the analysis, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of our ERP systems. These systems are critical to enabling our manufacturing, operations, logistics, and finance functions.

This role plays a key part in ensuring system stability, driving process improvements, and supporting business efficiency across the organisation.

What you will do:

- Analyse business processes and translate requirements into effective ERP system solutions
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of ERP systems (non-development role)
- Perform database analysis, maintenance, and updates
- Lead data cleansing, migration, and transformation activities
- Liaise with local and international suppliers regarding manufacturing data requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and process consistency
- Execute and support projects driven by Global IT (HQ)
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and user training




- Act as the key liaison between Global IT and local stakeholders
- Identify and drive continuous process improvement initiatives

About you:

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Information Systems or ERP environments within manufacturing
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems
- Priority ERP as an advantage
- Robust understanding of production, supply chain, logistics, and finance processes
- Proven experience in data migration, data quality, and data management
- Highly analytical and process-driven, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
