What will you be doing day to day?

- Performing structural design calculation, modelling and design under the supervision of a senior or principal structural engineer.
- Preparing and coordinating design deliverables including: structural design drawings, specifications and reports.




- Perform site inspections to assess the condition of existing structures and monitor the progress of new construction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and consistent application of agreed technical design standards and processes within the Section.
- Engage in the development of design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats, and prepare and revise documentation in various structural phases.

Qualifications

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Structural Engineering
- Passion for learning and problem-solving
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
- Currently living in the Albany region or desire to relocate
