As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, current product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory: NEWTOWN and surrounds (Includes Redfern and Zetland)

Hours: Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential

Key Responsibilities

- Driving strong relationships with store personnel
- Building and maintaining quality displays in store
- Negotiating promotional space
- Executing planograms
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
- Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
- Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet

Successful candidate will need:

- Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable




- A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
- Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work autonomously
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
