About the Role

As a Site Supervisor at Gallery Group, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and supervising the construction of multiple homes across the Western Corridor, including single and double-storey homes and townhouses.

Key Responsibilities

- Uphold and implement strong OH&S; principles to maintain a safe working environment.
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction activities with a focus on quality, safety, and budget compliance.
- Ensure all projects meet regulatory and compliance standards.




- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Enforce rigorous quality control standards across all sites.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to address technical and design-related challenges.
- Maintain real-time project updates through workflow and construction management systems.

About You

- Trade-qualified, with hands-on experience in Carpentry or Building.
- Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
- Proficient in using construction/project management software (Onsite Companion preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with robust time-management abilities.
- Previous experience with a recognised residential builder.
