The Vege Chip Company is a well-established Australian snack food manufacturer, producing high-quality vegetable chips, rice crackers and other healthy snack products.
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Casual Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with the potential for ongoing work for the right candidates.
About the Role
Duties may include:
- Operating food manufacturing equipment
- Packing finished products
- Conducting quality checks
- Manual handling of products and packaging
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Cleaning production equipment and work areas
- Working as part of a supportive production team
About You
To be successful you will:
- Be reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Be physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks
- Be able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Have good communication skills
- Be committed to workplace safety and food safety
- Be flexible to work across a variety of shifts as required
- Previous food manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
