The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Solicitor or Junior Associate (1–5 years PQE) to join our highly regarded Insurance team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury matters. Whether your experience to date is plaintiff or defendant, we value strong legal minds and a drive to achieve great outcomes. We are fully equipped to support your transition and help you master our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of statutory and common law insurance claims (Workers' Comp / PI).
- Drafting advices, pleadings,
and court documents.
- Providing strategic advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Appearing in court, conferences, and mediations.
- Working collaboratively within a structured, well-supported team environment.

About You
- An admitted Solicitor with 1–5 years PQE in Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation law.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to learn from leading practitioners.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationship
