Footgear is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part-time or Casual Internet Assistant to join our team in Pinkenba, QLD. As an Internet Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their online shopping experience and providing exceptional customer service. The position requires someone who is available weekdays and occasional weekends, approximately 3-4 days/week (additional hours may be required during busy sale periods).

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with navigating our website and placing online orders

Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat, phone and social media in a timely and professional manner

Processing and packing orders in timely manner

Providing product information and recommendations to help customers find the perfect fit

Processing returns and exchanges in a courteous and efficient manner

Maintaining accurate records and inventory tracking

Supporting the in-store team as needed

What we're looking for





Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in using computers and navigating online systems

Versatile and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
