Cahill Transport is seeking experienced and reliable HC Drivers to join our NSW operations completing scheduled runs between Sydney and Parkes.

This role involves completing your own pick-ups and deliveries as part of your allocated run, so we're looking for drivers who are confident working independently, managing schedules and providing professional customer service on the road.

What You’ll Be Doing

Completing scheduled runs between Sydney and Parkes.

Completing your own pick-ups and deliveries across metro and regional locations.

Managing unloads and reloads as part of your allocated runs.

Operating within HML mass requirements and compliance standards.

Completing load restraint safely using approved restraint methods.

Driving modern automatic fleet vehicles equipped with in-cab technology.

Working within NHVR, fatigue management and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.

Using an Electronic Work Diary (EWD).





Working Monday to Friday with start times between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

What You’ll Bring

Current HC Licence.

BFM Accreditation (preferred).

Previous linehaul, regional or multi-drop driving experience.

Strong understanding of load restraint and mass compliance requirements.

Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.

Reliable communication skills and a safety-first attitude.
