Salary: $111,639 - $120,057 (Plus 12.5% Super)

About the Role:

Are you a motivated and patient-focused Physiotherapist looking to develop your expertise in acute respiratory and critical care? We are seeking a dynamic HP3 Physiotherapist to join our AAHS Physiotherapy team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services across a complex acute healthcare environment.

As an HP3 Physiotherapist, you will provide acute respiratory management, early mobilisation, and rehabilitation for patients requiring mechanical ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, and other advanced organ support therapies. Working closely within a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in optimising patient outcomes and supporting recovery in critical care and acute hospital settings.

Under the guidance of senior clinicians, you will contribute to the delivery of evidence-based physiotherapy services while participating in quality improvement initiatives, research activities,



and service development projects.

To be successful in this role, you will bring sound clinical knowledge and skills in acute physiotherapy practice, with an interest in acute respiratory, critical care and rehabilitation services. You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, and show a commitment to continuous learning, professional development and evidence-based practice. You will also be enthusiastic about contributing to service improvement initiatives, education and research to support high-quality patient care and positive health outcomes.
