We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance Administration Officer to provide essential administrative and coordination support across compliance, risk, workplace health and safety, training and accreditation activities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping things organised and ensuring important processes run smoothly. Reporting to the Strategic Risk and Compliance Manager, you will be the person who helps bring structure, accuracy and consistency to a wide range of College-wide initiatives.

About the Role

This role is all about support, coordination and collaboration. You will assist across the College by maintaining records, coordinating training, managing documentation, tracking key compliance activities and ensuring critical information is accurate and readily available. No two days will be the same. One day you may be coordinating mandatory training, the next updating policy records, supporting accreditation activities or assisting with workplace health and safety administration.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing administrative support across compliance, risk and workplace health and safety activities.

Maintaining records, registers and documentation to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

Coordinating staff training activities, reminders and completion tracking.

Supporting audits, accreditation reviews and compliance reporting.

Assisting with document management, policy updates and approval workflows.

Supporting emergency management and workplace health and safety administration.

Preparing reports,



summaries and documentation for management review.

Building positive relationships with staff and providing practical support across the College.

About You

You are a highly organised administrator who genuinely enjoys helping others and creating order from complexity. You take pride in your attention to detail, communicate effectively with a wide range of people and enjoy working in a role where your support enables others to succeed.

You will bring:

Experience in an administrative, compliance, governance or coordination role.

Exceptional organisational and record management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and database systems.

The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality service.
